Partiz ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Partiz mobile application.
Information We Collect
Partiz does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or any data that identifies you. The app works without an account. Player names and game data exist only in the app's memory and are not saved after you close the app. We do, however, collect anonymous usage data through Amplitude (see below) to help us understand how the app is used and improve it over time.
Analytics — Amplitude
We use Amplitude, a product analytics service, to collect anonymous information about how the app is used. This includes: device type, operating system version, app version, session duration, and which features are visited. This data is not linked to any personal identity. Amplitude may store this data on servers in the United States. You can learn more at amplitude.com/privacy.
How We Use This Data
We use anonymous analytics data solely to understand how people use Partiz and to make the app better. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party for advertising purposes.
No Advertising
Partiz does not display advertisements and does not share any data with advertising networks.
Children's Privacy
Partiz is designed for groups of friends and family. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The anonymous analytics data we collect does not include any personally identifiable information.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your data under laws such as the GDPR (EU) or CCPA (California). Since we do not collect personal data that identifies you, most of these rights relate to the anonymous analytics data held by Amplitude. To request deletion of data associated with your device, contact us at hello@partiz.app and we will work with Amplitude to fulfil your request.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
